The Fresh Butter Keeper Crock can safely store butter on your countertop for up to 30 days without refrigeration. All the
butter crock needs is cold, fresh water. Pour cold water in the crock, pack room temperature butter
in the "bell insert" and invert it into the crock base. The water seals out the air, keeping your butter soft
and fresh for up to 30 days. All that is required is to change the water every 3 days.
